No, there is no limit on how many candidates you can have in VocationCRM. We do, however, recommend that you occasionally review who you have tracked in the tool and decide if - for your ease of use - it is worth removing certain candidates from the system.
VocationCRM costs $30 per month, or $330 per year.
But we also offer what we call "Mendicant Pricing" - which means that VocationCRM carries a recommended price, and then we work with you to make sure that your Vocation Office can afford to use the system. Affordability and accessibility are key to our mission of making high-quality vocation program software available to every vocation director and their team.

We offer "Mendicant" Pricing to all of our users. If you are unable to pay the recommended amount, please let us know and we would be happy to arrange a discount for you or support your fundraising efforts.
In addition, if you are a community or congregation with multiple vocation offices who would need separate organization accounts with VocationCRM, we are happy to provide a baseline discount for your group purchase.
Keeping your candidate information private, secure, and confidential is essential. That's why we've taken multiple steps to ensure that your data is protected, from the database infrastructure providers we work with to the way we handle application requests and process information. We even meet face to face with every new user and manually approve each member, to ensure that everyone who requests access to the software is legitimate.

Yes, we can provide you and your teammates individual access to VocationCRM. You will each use your own email address and have your own password. You will all be able to see and manage the same candidates and same information in the software.
Depending on how you collaborate with your vocation team and other members of your religious community, it can be worth considering!
