Upload Private Files to Candidate Profile

Happy Halloween 👻 and New Feature Friday!

Today I am rolling out a new, frequently-requested addition to the VocationCRM software: Private File Vault - a place for you to privately upload documents to a candidate's profile.

In addition to the shared Candidate Files, you can now upload documents that you - and only you - will be able to access.

Keep in mind that nobody else will be able to see these documents - including future vocation directors who may take over the software account as you move to other ministries.

This is a place for you to store personal, sensitive information about your interactions with a discerner. Things that are important for everyone to have access to should be stored in the normal "Candidate Files" section of the software.

You can find this file vault interface at the bottom of your candidates' profile pages, beneath the Candidate Recordsheet.
